The sudden snow

Today was a fairly warm day, so imagine my surprise when I peered out a window and saw a falling blanket of white snow.  There was almost no wind and the flakes were large and softly floating toward the ground.  Thankfully, my daughter wanted to go outside, so off we went on a short walk.
