Example of the E-M5 configuration When I wrote the post outlining my thoughts on the E-M5, I made a big deal about how configurable the camera is. I just wanted to show how I have mine set up in case it helps anyone with theirs. The biggest change is I have changed the one touch movie record button (orange circle on button) to not take video. I don’t have a need for video that quckly, so I just rely on moving the mode dial to the movie position. This freed up the ‘orange’ button to swap between autofocus and manual focus. The Fn1 button now locks exposure and the Fn2 button resets the autofocus selector back to ‘Area Mode’. With these controls, the camera can be adjusted near instantly for differing shooting situations. I hope this helps someone out there. Post navigation A morning hikeA whirlwind few weeks
